Mike's method of teaching uses parts of various teaching philosophies in working with the student to accomplish their goals and emphasizing the importance of starting with strong core fundamentals including grip, stance, and balance. Mike incorporates the use of video/computer analysis in his teaching.

Mike has been teaching for 16 years and has been a PGA Class A Professional since 1997. Mike has attended numerous PGA teaching summits conducted by Hank Haney, Butch Harmon and Dave Pelz and has worked with Ben Doyle and Bob Elsworth (NCPGA teacher of the year) on teaching philosophies. Mike is also a PING, Titleist and Hogan certified club fitter.
