| Each applicant must apply for the card in person in the Pro Shop of the Golf Complex before a card will be issued. The application fee for the card is $25.00 per calendar year (January-December) and is not prorated. The fee is payable at the time resident applies for the card. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE. A current California Drivers License or DMV Identification Card with the applicants Alameda address is necessary to prove residency. Cards are normally mailed every Monday and you may use your card when you receive it. You may continue to use this program provided:
1. You continue to reside in Alameda.
2. You abide by all rules presented for the program. |
| As a member of the program, you will be eligible for two starting times per week, but ONLY ONE TIME PER WEEKEND. (One of these times may be midweek and one may be a weekend time, or twice during the week, or only one on a weekend). YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE TWO WEEKEND TIMES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TEE TIMES MAY ONLY BE MADE AROUND ALREADY BOOKED TOURNAMENTS.
You are eligible to play as a twosome, threesome, foursome or fivesome, but NOT AS A SINGLE. You may invite anyone you wish to play with, but you have to be present and play with your party. The card is not transferable to anyone else. If you lend your card to anyone else, your card will be voided. This policy is to ensure that the Alameda residents in this program receive the benefit of the block of time set aside for them, and that they are not giving their starting time to others. Therefore, you will be asked to show your card to the starter when checking in to verify your name and number against the starting sheet. Spot checks for additional ID may occur. By not conforming to the rules of this program, you may be asked to turn in your card. Basically, these three basic rules are:
DO NOT GIVE YOUR STARTING TIME OR CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE
DO NOT SCHEDULE TWO WEEKEND TIMES
DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE YOUR CARD IF YOU MOVE FROM ALAMEDA |
| 1. Dial the automated telephone reservation system: 747-7800

THE DATE CHANGES AT 6 A.M. DAILY. This is the earliest time that you can call to make a tee time 30 days in advance. |
| Remember to cancel you starting time if you are unable to keep it. The system will keep track of no shows and after three the card will be voided. You may cancel on the system if it is 24 hours prior to your time, if closer you need to get in touch with the pro shop and they will do it manually.
There is a $25.00 charge for your card per calendar year (January-December) and is not prorated. The cards will be renewed annually in the Pro Shop. Should you move please let us know, we will update the system. A new card will not be sent. By continuing to abide by the provisions outlined above, you can continue your privilege to participate in this program. Thank you for your cooperation and Happy Golfing! |
